Getting Here
Arena do Barci (Crystal Palace Sports Arena) is easy to reach by both public transport and road, making your journey to the action as smooth as possible.
By Train
The nearest station is Crystal Palace Station, located approximately a 7-10-minute walk from the venue. As you make your way through the local area, we recommend using your preferred maps app to find the most convenient walking route.
By Bus
A number of bus routes serve the venue and surrounding area, including:

Toilets
Permanent toilet facilities are located on the ground floor of Arena do Barci (the Basketball Arena).
To support all areas of the event, additional portable toilets are positioned in the stadium. Wherever you are, facilities are never far away.
Accessibility
We are proud to ensure that the Nando's PERi-lympics is accessible and welcoming for everyone.
Accessible routes are available throughout the venue, with full disability access to all event areas. Lifts are also available to access the stadium where required.

First Aid
Your safety and wellbeing are our top priority.
First Aid facilities are located within the stadium, with an additional First Aid point positioned next to the football pitches.
If you or someone nearby requires medical assistance, please alert a member of Team Chilli or the on site medical team immediately. They will ensure help is provided quickly and appropriately.
Lost Children
If you come across a child who appears to be lost or separated from their parent or guardian, please stay with them and inform a member of Team Chilli, any venue staff member, or take them to one of the designated Lost Child points shown on the venue map.
Our team will provide safe care and support while working quickly to reunite children with their families or guardians.
